Roblox, a game that has consistently captured the imagination of players globally, showed a fluctuating revenue trend in Q1, ranging from $425K to $481K. Downloads for Roblox also saw variability, with a peak of 1.74M and dipping to 1M towards the end of February before stabilizing around 1.23M. The game's weekly active users had a high of 46.45M at the start of the quarter, which slightly dipped and eventually rose back to over 43.8M.
Minecraft by Mojang, another stalwart in the sandbox genre, experienced a gentle decline in revenue, starting the quarter at $114K and closing at nearly $89K.
